Reports from multiple outlets suggest that Nintendo has finalised EU pricing and launch timing for its next-generation console, often referred to as the Switch successor. European retailers and distributors are said to have received preliminary information ahead of an official announcement.

Pricing in euros and pounds is expected to be set with typical EU VAT and regional margins in mind. Past Nintendo launches have seen slight variations between territories, but the company has generally aimed for broad parity. Pre-orders in Europe could open shortly after the formal reveal, with allocation and bundle details to follow.

Launch window rumours have pointed to a release in the first half of the next fiscal year, which would align with a spring or early summer 2026 window. Nintendo has not commented on the reports. European fans have been especially keen on details regarding backward compatibility, regional eShop support, and whether special editions will be available in the EU at launch.

We will update this story with official EU pricing, release dates, and pre-order links as soon as Nintendo makes an announcement. Until then, treat all figures and dates as unconfirmed.
