I just watched Evil Dead Burn, and I honestly loved it. For me, this is one of the best horror movies I’ve seen in a long time. It had everything I wanted: a creepy atmosphere, intense suspense, brutal gore, and some genuinely disturbing moments that kept me completely hooked.
What impressed me the most was how the movie never really slowed down. It pulled me into the story almost immediately and kept the tension high until the very end. I never got bored, and I was always wondering what was going to happen next.
The practical effects were amazing. The gore was brutal, but that’s exactly what I expect from an Evil Dead movie. Some scenes were hard to watch in the best possible way, and the Deadites looked terrifying. I also liked that the movie felt dark and serious while still keeping the classic Evil Dead vibe.
I know some people might say the story is simple, but that didn’t bother me at all. I watch horror movies to feel scared and entertained, and this movie gave me both. It wasn’t trying to be overly complicated, and I actually liked that.
Overall, I had a great time watching it. It was intense, violent, creepy, and exactly the kind of horror movie I enjoy. If you’re a fan of Evil Dead or you simply love brutal horror films, I definitely think it’s worth watching.
My rating: 9.5/10. I would definitely watch it again.
