Diabolic (2025) is the first film on my site that earns a full 5 out of 5, and it deserves it.
The story starts with a girl who can’t remember her past. No clear memories. No explanations. Just confusion and a dark presence hanging over her. Instead of magically recovering her memory, she returns to the church where she was baptized. There, a ritual is performed on her. After the ritual, after they “remove the evil”, everything begins to change. That’s when the real tension starts.
Many critics describe Diabolic (2025) as a slow burn. I understand why. It builds atmosphere instead of relying on constant jump scares. The sound design, the lighting, and the ritual scenes create pressure that stays with you. Some reviews say the ending is divisive.
For me, it worked. The twist, that the evil returns and she begins attracting other girls, leading them to their deaths, was dark and bold. She becomes something else. Almost witch-like. Not in a cliché possession way, but in a transformation that feels disturbing and intentional.
What made this film strong for me was the constant curiosity. I always wanted to know what happens next. Every recovered memory created more tension instead of relief. Side drama didn’t matter to me. I wasn’t watching this for relationship problems. I watched it for psychological horror and ritual tension, and it delivered.
It held my attention from beginning to end.
My Rating 10/10

This is just my opinion.
